Dr. H. Candace DeLapp  a Highlands Ranch and Denver Dentist is also a well-respected and experienced practitioner with a special interest in cosmetic dentistry. Our Highlands Ranch dentist has been practicing in her home community of Centennial for 15 years. Dr. DeLapp began her dental career in a most unusual fashion.

After high school Candace did not have the opportunity to attend college and started working at the University of Colorado Heath Science Center as a clerk-typist. Nineteen years, much work, and several promotions later, she was an Administrative Officer in the Department of Neurology and was in charge of grants and budgets. She was one of several investigators in the study entitled "Long-Term Results Following Prednisone and Thymectomy in Myasthenia Gravis," which was published in the journal Neurology. Her other publications involving neurology practice patterns also appeared in Neurology. Going to school at night and on weekends, Dr. DeLapp undertook a pre-dental curriculum and is one of the few to be admitted to a professional school without an undergraduate degree.
